My name is Chloe, founder of She Rises Within. I am an educator, author, and Reiki healer.

My journey began five years ago, when I realised I couldn’t stand another minute feeling trapped, resentful, and disconnected from who I truly was. I lived in London and was desperate to escape the noise. Not just the city, but the noise within. So, I made a bold move: I left everything familiar behind and relocated halfway across the country, alone.

That leap into the unknown marked the beginning of my healing.

She Rises Within was born from my pain and healing, transmuted into beauty. Here, I can create resources for self-discovery that I desperately needed on my own journey — including my signature journal, She Speaks Her Power. Each offering is created with love, intention, and compassion to help you reconnect with your authenticity and inner strength.
